Cancellation

When the cancellation is done by FlavusOrganic itself.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for various reasons, such as limited stock, errors or inaccuracies in product or pricing information, among others. Should any cancellation occur, we will promptly notify you, and any charged amount on your credit or debit card or payment method will be refunded to your Card Account or original payment method.

When the cancellation is done by the customer.

You have the option to cancel your entire order or specific items within the order before its shipping or dispatch. Once the order is dispatched, it is not possible to cancel it.

The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging in the same condition as received. By original packaging, we mean that the product isn’t used with proof of purchase and order number. The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Heat-sealed pouches are eligible for return only if the seal is 100% intact. Any broken, cut, punctured, opened, resealed, or tampered seal will be considered “used” and is strictly non-returnable. Even minimal opening or partial use disqualifies the product from return.

Perishable items are non-returnable and are not eligible for returns.

However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or different/wrong item being delivered to the customer, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. We may contact the customer to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund/replacement.

The customer may be asked for video or photo proof as per requirement.

How soon can I expect to receive my refund, and where will I receive it?

For prepaid orders, funds will be refunded to the original bank account, credit/debit card, or the source of payment within 5-7 business days. In the case of Cash on Delivery orders, customers are kindly requested to furnish their bank details or UPI information for the refund process or opt for a store credit, according to their preference

What is the duration of the return policy of Flavus Organic ?

7 DAYS RETURN / REPLACEMENT POLICY

What steps should I take if I receive a damaged or missing product?

If you receive damaged or missing product(s), kindly initiate a return/replacement request within 48 hours from the delivery date. 

Please allow us 48 working hours to assess your request. Meanwhile please share the images of the packaging and products to flavusorganic@gmail.com or contact us at +91 7900711351 within the initial 48 hours (excluding gazetted holidays and Sundays). 

Upon review, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the damaged product(s) from your location, addressing the issue accordingly.

If reverse pick-up service is unavailable in your location, kindly arrange for the self-shipment of the product through a reliable courier partner. 

Upon receiving your product(s), we will verify it against the claim and proceed with the replacement or refund as applicable. [Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability].

Note: It is suggested to please be cautious while receiving your order. For added security, consider making an unboxing video upon delivery.

If my order shows "delivered" but I haven't received it, what should I do?

If your order status claims it's delivered, but you haven't received your product. Raise a request within 48 hours from the date of order status update. It will take us 48 working hours to review your request. Kindly allow us 7 working days to look into your concern.

Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
  • Incomplete order – missing products
  • Opened/ used/ altered products.
  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, price tag, etc.) missing.


In case of any discrepancy in the status of pick-up of a return order arranged by Flavus Organic, (where you claim the product has been returned, while our system suggests otherwise) refund will be initiated only if you successfully furnish the courier slip or any proof given by the assigned logistics service provider/agent at the time of the pick-up.
